New Big Copper & Big Silver Houses

Two new additions to the Granitewood Sculpture Park from 2024, which continues my exploration of the ubiquitous ‘house’ form. These two, large ‘house sculptures’, balance on a single pivot point, and seem to float a few feet above the ground as if a west wind off the continental divide were blowing them around. The surfaces are covered with powder-coated steel cladding, similar to the Granitewood Studio Annex building.
